Writing For Social Change
The writing of my first full-length play, Passing On Gifts, was funded by the Kentucky Foundation for Women with a 2006 Artist Enrichment Grant. The play, based on Laura Rogers and her family, tells the story of a Kentucky woman who becomes an advocate for agro-ecology and gender equity through her work with Heifer International.
